How My Gym Works - Polices, Pricing & FAQs
We’re so excited to have you join us at My Gym! To make your My Gym experience a GREAT one, we’ve consolidated our frequently asked questions and policies for each of our offerings.

STRUCTURED WEEKLY CLASSES
Age-appropriate classes that follow a consistent routine and skill progression for cognitive development, physical growth, emotional IQ, and social skills.
What are the enrollment tiers and their costs?
All enrollments tiers include:
- A guaranteed spot in 1 class per week (your "home" class)
- Unlimited Open Play programs (parent-supervised) per week
Tiny Tykes Enrollment ($99 per 4 weeks)
- A special rate for our youngest members (3-12 months) enrolled in the Tiny Tykes class. Rate will increase to the Standard Enrollment once the child graduates into the Waddlers class.
- Applies to weekday classes only.
Standard Enrollment ($124 per 4 weeks)
- The standard rate for all other age tiers
Unlimited Enrollment ($144 per 4 weeks)
- Opportunity to attend unlimited age-appropriate classes each week based on availability
12 Week Unlimited Program ($375)
- An extended prepaid offering for customers that can only attend seasonally or are planning their My Gym enrollment alongside other programs for their child.
- Opportunity to attend unlimited age-appropriate classes each week based on availability
- Please note that make-ups and freezes are not available for this offering
Are there any discounts available?
- Siblings of full-priced child receive 25% off all enrollment tiers (first child must be higher or same enrollment tier)
- 10% off enrollment for military/fire/police families and teachers

Is tuition assistance or reduction available?
At My Gym, we want every child to be able to participate in our wonderful programs. We truly believe in what we do and know that every child can benefit from what we offer. Perhaps that is through building self-esteem and confidence, overall coordination, social skills, or school readiness.
We also realize that some children really need a program such as ours for their development, but their family cannot afford the tuition rate we must charge in order to maintain our expenses in running this business.
We are pleased to be able to offer a limited number of tuition-reduced spots so that these families can join our classes without having to make sacrifices in other areas.

How is my enrollment billed?
- Tuition is billed every 4 weeks (28 days) via credit card saved on your account.
- If you wish to pay in cash or check, please use the cash box on the counter prior to the automated credit card run.
- We hope you LOVE your classes! But, if life happens and you need to cancel your membership, you can do so easily on your My Gym online account. My Gym requires a 30-day notice to cancel your enrollment, therefore a prorated payment may be due upon cancelling. Cancellations are only accepted from your My Gym online account (accessible from the app or website) to ensure we both have a “paper
trail.”
How can I cancel my enrollment?
- Enrollments can be cancelled at any time via your online My Gym Account (accessible from the app or website) to ensure we both have a “paper
trail.” Cancellations cannot be made verbally or over email/text. - My Gym requires a 30-day notice to cancel your enrollment, therefore a prorated payment may be due upon cancelling. If a cancellation is processed, you can continue to join us until the final day of membership.
- Makeup classes are no longer valid after your final class date.
What if I am unable to attend this week?
Please let us know by marking your child absent via your online portal. If we know in advance, it provides another child the opportunity to join.
- For Tiny Tykes and Standard enrollment tiers, when you are absent, a make-up credit is added to your account. This can be used to schedule a different age-appropriate class (in addition to your “home” class).
- Make-up credits must be used within 12 weeks and are not valid once enrollment is cancelled.
- For Unlimited tiers, feel free to schedule an additional unlimited class when you have availability.
Going to miss more than 1 week? You can temporarily “freeze” your account for 2 weeks via your online portal. Freezing saves your spot in your “home” class but does not charge you for the 2 weeks you do not attend.
- Freezes cannot be made verbally or via email/text
- Freezes are limited to once every 3 billing cycles
- Not available with the 12 Week Unlimited Program
How do I register for unlimited classes?
- All additional classes and Open Play sessions must be registered in advance to ensure availability. Drop-ins are not permitted.
- Registration can be completed via your online portal or by texting us with enough advanced notice.
Using the online portal is easiest, simply:
- Click on “Schedule Classes”
- Select your child’s name
- Choose "Schedule Unlimited" to book an unlimited class OR "Schedule Open Play" to book open play
- Choose the date and time you wish to attend
Up to 1 unlimited class (for Unlimited and Unlimited Plus customers) and 2 Open Plays can be reserved at time. Once attended, you can reserve more.
Can’t commit to a weekly class? Try My Gym Class Credits!
We get it - with our busy schedules, it's sometimes difficult to commit to a weekly class. My Gym offers class credits as an alternative to our standard class enrollment. With class credits, you can book classes at the time that works for you – when it works for you.
How does it work?
- Determine the number of Classes you would like to purchase. The more you buy, the more you save.
- 3 Class Credits - $120
- 7 Class Credits - $252
- Once purchased, schedule through your My Gym account to reserve your spot in advance of the class. We are not be able to accommodate drop-ins.

- *Class credits are only valid at My Gym Springfield.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Private celebrations with guided games and activities for your child’s special day. The best party in town!
What packages are available and their costs?
Our Grand Celebration ($485): an elite private party experience where you bring your own flair
- 2 hour private party led by two of our party experts for up to 15 children, including the birthday child (additional children may be added)
- Exclusive use of the ENTIRE facility
- FREE one week class trial experience for all guests or FREE buddy pass for enrolled guests

Our Deluxe Celebration ($585): let us take care of food, drinks and party favors - just bring the cake!
- Everything in the Grand Celebration
- Party favor bags for each child to take home! Our party favor bags include 8-9 items such as bubble tubes, activity pad and crayons, stickers, sticky hands, spin tops, and pre-inked stamps.
- 2 cheese pizzas
- Juices or bottled water for each child
Our Premier Celebration ($685): a truly phenomenal party experience including a special theme or glow-in-the-dark experience capped with a balloon drop!

What add-ons are available?
- Special Party Themes: $65
- Themed party add-ons includes themed plates and napkins (for up to 16 children), tabletop decorations, wall banner, 6 themed air-filled balloons to take home, themed music, and themed games and activities.

- Glow-In-The-Dark Experience: $65
- Wear your glow items and experience the gym in a fun and unique way
- Glow lights, ceiling lights, and glow tape transform the space
- Enough light is available to keep everyone safe
- Balloon Drop Experience: $50
- What kid doesn't love the excitement and anticipation of a balloon drop?!?! This is the best way to cap an extra special celebration.

- Cheese Pizzas: $16 each

Is there a deposit required?
Yes, a $150 deposit is required to reserve your party date and time, with the remaining balance is due and payable at the end of your party.
The deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled or rescheduled at least 60 days prior to your party date.
What happens at a My Gym Party?
Our fun and friendly party specialists will develop a custom party with games and activities just for your child! Based on the age and number of children, they will plan a super fun experience. For our younger parties, or those with large age gaps between the children, we will set up fun adventures like obstacle courses, a parachute house with puppets, songs and dances, and swing time. For the older kids we can set up Ninja courses, play agility games, and swing from rings and trapezes. If you're currently enrolled and your child has a favorite game or activity, we will make sure it is incorporated in the party! The first 90 minutes of the party includes activities on the gym floor, then the guests will come to the lobby for food and cake and to sing Happy Birthday. 5 minutes before the end of your party, the party specialists will start to pack up all your items and any presents brought to make it easy and simple for you to enjoy those last few minutes of the party. When your guests have left, we will take final payment from you and help bring things to the car as needed.
How long are My Gym parties?
- Our parties are 2 hours long.
- We encourage you to open presents at home, allowing as much play time as possible.
- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled party, as we will be cleaning & preparing the gym for the birthday party - as well as allowing the party prior to yours to exit.
- You will also have 10 minutes after the party for clean-up to ensure your party does not interfere with the party following.
- If you arrive earlier or stay later there will be an additional charge due of $10 for each 5 minutes over your party rental period.
Can I set up my own decorations and/or paper products?
You are welcome to use your own decorations or paper products and are welcome to drop any décor, paper goods, etc. off ahead of time for us to set up prior to your arrival.
- We do not allow ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti (choke-hazard), or glitter of any kind.
- Please keep in mind there is limited setup time between parties when planning decorations.
- If you require more time for a "Pinterest-style" set up, inquire about adding additional time to the party for set-up at an add-on cost. For back-to-back parties with no additional setup time added, setups will be pushed into guest arrival - check with us to determine the best plan for your party.
- Decorations we suggest include: a Happy Birthday wall sign, tabletop decorations, and helium-filled balloons on weights.
There are so many fun things to do in the gym we promise you do not need a fancy set up to make your party amazing!
Our Deluxe and Premier packages include My Gym plates and napkins. You're welcome to bring in your own paper goods, but credits or substitutions are not provided for doing so.
Can I bring food and drinks to my party?
Our premier party package includes capri suns or water for each child, as well as, pizza but you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks for your guests. We’ve had families bring pizza, sandwiches, cake, cupcakes, cookies, prepackaged dry snacks (chips, pretzels or popcorn), etc.
- For the consideration of those with food allergies we also ask that no peanut/nut products are brought onto the premises as we are a nut free facility.
- Individually packaged beverages are required, no open cups please, and we highly recommend an ice chest or cooler.
- The last 30 minutes of the party will be for enjoying any food you bring or order thru us.
- No food or drink is allowed on the gym floor at any time.
- No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed.
How many children can I invite and is there an age limit?
- Each party package includes up to 15 children (including the birthday child).
- There is an extra charge of $20 per additional child.
- Infants in baby carriers or slings, under 9 months old, will not be counted.
- There is no additional charge for parents or caregivers and but we ask that you limit the number of adults who can attend to 25 max. We've done LOTS of parties with more adults than kids.
- For safety reasons, the maximum number of children allowed on the gym floor is 25.
- Please note: While the staff will always do their best to accommodate and create a fun atmosphere, it is difficult to organize structured games and activities with more than 20 children.
- Our equipment and space is designed for children ages 3 months to 10 years.
- For safety reasons, children over 10 years may be asked to limit their play, especially when younger children are around, and to avoid injury on the equipment.
- We have baby-specific items to keep them entertained while the big kids play.
Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?
Gratuities for our staff are always welcome and appreciated for a job well done. We promise they will be working hard to make sure it’s an amazing one-of-a kind celebration for your child and guests.
When will you contact me for details about my party?
We will call you the week prior to the party to go over the details of your party including party package selection, number of kids attending, any themes or add-ons to include, music and game requests, as well as a few other questions. If you have any questions as your date gets closer feel free to text (610-543-4444) or email (springfieldpa@mygym.com) them at any time! We want everything to be extra special for your child’s party!
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my party?
Please call us to cancel or reschedule your party as soon as possible.
We require at least a 60-day advance notice if you need to reschedule your party without loss of deposit.
What else should I know?
- For insurance purposes, ALL children must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or guardian before being allowed access to the gym floor. My Gym provides you a link to the party RSVP to send out to guests that will come in your confirmation email. We also have a custom QR code for guests to use for completing the waiver when they arrive should they forget to do it ahead of time.
- The party host is required to stay at the party for the full duration.
- Parents of children age 4 and younger are required to accompany their children on the gym floor.
- Parents will be required to wear socks when on the gym floor. Forgot your socks? No problem! We have socks for sale.
- If you will be bringing a cake or cupcakes, please bring candles. For your convenience, we have lighters on hand and a serving knife.
- While we don't supply them, you are welcome to bring in helium balloons for decoration.
OPEN PLAY
1 hour, parent-supervised open play session available to all children (enrolled or not) ages 9 months to 10 years. Included with enrollment. Currently offered every Tuesday from 10:30-11:30am, Tuesday from 6:15-7:15pm, Wednesday from 4:00-5:00pm and Friday from 12:30-1:30pm.
How much does it cost?
Free for enrolled members. Otherwise, $25 per session for the first child and $15 for each sibling.
Are there any discounts available?
Siblings of a full-priced child or an enrolled member are $10 off per session.
Why must my child be 9 months to attend?
Open Play often has older children that can be playing actively. For safety reasons, very small babies should not be on the gym floor. At 9 months, and the parent’s discretion, a baby can find a safe play area. Infants below 9 months, should always be attached to the parent via wrap or sling.
How can I register?
- If currently enrolled in class, please register for Open Play sessions through your online My Gym account, under Schedule Classes, click on child's name, Schedule Open Play.
- If attending an individual Open Play and you are not enrolled in a class at My Gym Springfield, please purchase a class card for Open Play through your online account by going to Schedule Classes, click on child's name, Purchase Class Card, select Open Play and continue to purchase. Once paid, you will need to Schedule Class using Class Card for the Open Play session date you choose.

PARENTS NIGHT OUT (PNO)
3 hour drop off program on the first Friday of the month from 5:30-8:30 pm for children ages 4-10 years (potty independent please!). Fun themes, structured activities, games, and pizza served. View our upcoming schedule and themes here.
How much does it cost?
$60 per session for the first child and $48 for each sibling.
Are there any discounts available?
Siblings of a full-priced child are $12 off per session. We also often run flash sales, back-to-school specials, and cyber deals – keep an eye on our emails!
What if my plans change and I can no longer attend?
Because our PNOs and Events typically sell out, and often have waitlists, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give another child an opportunity to attend. We can provide a refund as store credit for you to attend another event as long as you let us know at least 6 hours prior to the start of this event by texting us at 610-543-4444. This, ideally, gives us time to contact other families. No refunds are given for cancellations within 6 hours of the start time or no-shows.

GROUP PRIVATE PLAY PARTIES
Private sessions for daycares, preschools, homeschoolers and familiies looking for something special.
What is included?
- Exclusive use of the gym for 60 minutes.
- Great for children ages 1 year to 10 years old.
- Open play or structured class options available.
- PE requirement sign-off available for homeschoolers.
- Available on Thursdays (during school year) and some Friday afternoons.
How much does it cost?
- $150 - Free play for up to 8 children. 1 My Gym teacher available to organize obstacle courses and other activities for the children to explore!
- $215 - Structured or free play for up to 16 children. 2 My Gyms teachers available. Structured programs include teacher-led skill stations, games, and team challenges catered to the skill level of the children.

Are there any discounts available?
We may offer discounts based on session quantity. Ask us for details.
What are the rules?
- This is not a drop-off program. Parents or caregivers must be present for the duration of the private play session.
- All children under age of 4 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- No food allowed.
- Children must wear My Gym gripper socks (no outside socks allowed). Parents must wear socks on the gym floor. Both are available for purchase or you may bring yours from class if you already have a pair.
- Please show up no more than 5 minutes before your time slot. We’ll be busy cleaning, disinfecting and preparing for your arrival.
How can I schedule sessions for my group?
SAFETY RULES AND GUIDELINES
Although accidents are rare at our centers, all physical programs have an inherent risk. We take great care in designing our curriculum and gym setup to be as safe as possible. Your help in following all safety policies and in-class safety announcements will maximize your child’s safety while at My Gym.
Please stay home if you are sick or not feeling well
We love sharing – just not germs. If you feel ill in any way, please stay home and get well soon! Let us know you will not be attending class by marking your child absent online. If you or your child show signs of illness during class, a My Gym teacher will kindly ask you to return another day. We appreciate your compliance.
Non-enrolled siblings are not allowed on the gym floor
Other than infants, siblings are not allowed on the gym floor unless they are enrolled in that class or event. You’re welcome to wear, sling, or wrap an infant while your enrolled child participates, but please make sure that both hands are available to assist your child.
Please note that our Tiny Tykes, Waddlers, Gymsters, Terrific Tots, and Mixed Ages classes are all parent participation so you will be expected to be on the floor with your child. If you do bring a non-infant sibling, we do have coloring pages in the lobby to help keep them occupied. My Gym is a nut-free facility
Nut allergies can be very serious. Please do not bring any products containing nuts into the gym.
My Gym gripper socks are required
When participating in class, children wear My Gym gripper socks, and parents are required to wear your own socks. Non-My Gym gripper socks are not allowed for safety reasons. If you forget to bring your socks, we always have adult and children sizes for sale for a low price.
Hand sanitization is required
Please wash your hands or use sanitizer before entering the gym floor and again when you leave. We have hand sanitizer pumps available in the lobby.
Caregiver supervision is required during class and Open Play
Parents/caregivers are responsible for constantly supervising their children during parent participation classes and the Open Play program. Always be within an arm’s reach or less of your child and ready to assist as your little one explores the gym and equipment.
Winter weather policy
- During weekdays, if Springfield School District schools are closed due to weather, My Gym Springfield will also be closed between the hours of 9am and 3pm. We will re-evaluate for any classes, Open Play or events that fall after 3pm. Please call and listen to our voicemail message, check our website, watch your email inbox or check Facebook/Instagram for the latest updates.
- If Springfield School District schools are delayed, please call and listen to our voicemail, check our website or check Facebook/Instagram for information on whether we will open on time or have a delayed opening.
- If there is inclement weather and schools already happen to be closed (not weather related) or if your class is on a weekend, please check our website or FB/Insta pages or call the gym and listen to our voicemail message for updates.
- Make-up classes are given for any My Gym Springfield closure due to weather.
