Re-Opening Information

Dear My Gym Families,

All enrolled member's accounts have been automatically frozen on April 12, 2020. This is 4 weeks from our closure date so that all accounts are on the same page when we re-open. Members who are frozen but still enrolled, will receive 3 months of our Unlimited Class Package add-on at no cost as a thank you for supporting us during these unprecedented times.

This is how it will work:

When we reopen for regular classes, all accounts of currently enrolled members will be unfrozen. At this time regular billing will resume and our Unlimited Class Package add-on will be added at no additional cost to your regular enrollment for a period of three months from our re-opening date. With this add-on, your child can attend their age appropriate class as many times as you would like every week while enrolled.

We look forward to having our beloved My Gym families back in our gym soon. Our business category is complex when it comes to regulations. It's unlikely we will be re-opening until Riverside County reaches at least the "Orange Tier" in the state. We will continue to update this article as information is made available and our re-opening date will be announced here at least one week in advance.

Our main concern right now is the health and safety of our kids, our families, and the community. Thank you for all your amazing support and kind words!
