How My Gym Works

Enrollment
No long term contracts.  Enroll anytime... it's that simple!

Registation
No registration fees... EVER!

Class Tuition
My Gym classes are run on an enrollment basis where tuition is billed for your child's classes in 4 week sessions. To ensure the appropriate number of trained staff is always available, we do not operate as a walk-in program. When enrolling, you will choose your Home Class (the class you will be attending every week). You may schedule one Extra Class (subject to availability) on a weekly basis and attend both Practice & Play times at your option. That's up to 4 visits every week!

Practice & Play
Enrolled Members enjoy the benefits of our open gym time where they can play and further develop their skills in our state of the art facility. During Practice and Play, children can play and explore with parent supervision, the new weekly gym set up freely without structure. Practice & Plays do not need to be reserved for enrolled children.

Attire
We recommend comfortable/athletic-style clothing. For safety, children participate in bare feet so they don't slip on any equipment. For sanitary reasons, ALL adults are required to wear socks when entering the play area. We recommend bring a bottle of water for your child as they will be sure to work up a thirst.

Absences & Make-Ups
If you are unable to attend your Home Class for any reason, please mark your child absent using your online account at least one hour prior to the class start time. You will receive a make-up that can be used on a different day within 4 weeks of the missed class as long as your child is enrolled. Make-ups need to be used before Extra Classes. If you previously scheduled an Extra Class for your child and are unable to attend, please be sure to cancel the Extra Class at least an hour prior to the class start time so that other families can attend in your place.

Enrollment Cancellations
Your child will automatically remain enrolled at My Gym until you receive an email confirmation from the gym stating your cancellation request has been processed. The preferred method to request a cancellation is to do so from your My Gym account, but we will accept email requests sent to: temecula@mygym.com. Cancellation requests must be received no less than seven (7) business days prior to your next billing date and you must receive an email confirmation to avoid future billing. Trials may cancel up to one day prior to the auto-activation date. Cancellations are not taken verbally to ensure we both have a “paper trail.”

Are siblings allowed on the gym floor?
Siblings who are not a part of the current class are not allowed on the gym floor or equipment. Though we wish we could invite them to participate, we’re unable to accommodate them due to class size and safety constraints. Younger (infant) siblings can be in the gym, as long as they’re contained either in their infant car carrier seat, or worn by you in an Ergo, Tula, or Baby Bjorn-esque structured carrier.
