We LOVE our Waddlers! ♥♥♥ This program is so much fun for both parent and child as we work on beginning stretches and exercises, songs and dances, and balance and agility skills. Your little ones will have a blast discovering their natural abilities while our curriculum enhances their physical and cognitive growth.
Throughout this program, we gently introduce new and stimulating activities to promote babies’ and young toddlers’ natural development. You’ll see your little ones become stronger with increased hand, arm, and trunk control, which leads to some of their biggest milestones like crawling, walking, and, eventually, running! 🥰🥰🥰 We take great care to nurture each parent/child unit according to their specific needs.
Such an amazing age! 🥰🥰🥰 Your child will sing, dance, swing, play games, watch puppet shows, and even have “Surprise Time!” Our Gymsters feel great about themselves as they learn basic tumbling in a fun and positive setting.
At this age, toddlers’ abilities are evolving on a weekly basis, and our curriculum keeps these active little ones engaged and captivated! Running, jumping, and spatial awareness are milestones in this program. Of course, opportunities abound to teach lessons on peer play and taking turns. This is a great class to supplement your child's Physical Education!
Pre-Ballet introduces the fundamentals of a structured dance class in a fun, noncompetitive way! Children will gain confidence as they learn the vocabulary of ballet, are taught basic stretches and barre exercises, and are given opportunities to move to music. This class is designed to encourage an early love of dance!
Dancers should wear form fitting and comfortable clothing, and Jazz or Ballet shoes. Dancers perform in 2 yearly dance recitals.

Welcome to the big time, big kids! 🥰🥰🥰 These precocious preschoolers participate independently with their teachers on the gym floor while parents can watch from the lobby or drop off their children. This is a huge milestone we don’t take lightly, as confidence and self-reliance are cornerstones of this curriculum.
In this program, you’ll see your child’s strength, flexibility, and agility increase as our teachers coach the kids through relays, fundamental gymnastics and tumbling skills. Positive reinforcement abounds – your child will leave class with feelings of pride, accomplishment and success! 🤸️🎉🤸♥The Little Tigers Program is a fun filled class that encourages our younger student’s development and improve Gross and Fine Motor Skills, Balance, Endurance, Flexibility, Strength and the coordination of eye, hand, and foot through simplified training. With more focus on the mental and behavioral training in a structured setting.

Whether they’re conquering the obstacle courses, conditioning their hearts and bodies through exercise, or cooling down with some yoga poses, My Gym Ninjas bring their best to everything they do. This class is high-energy, fast-paced, and FUN! Additionally, the Ninja Training program and equipment set-up change weekly, so you can wave buh-bye to boredom!

The emphasis is on having fun and learning foundational gymnastics skills, strength, & flexibility – not competition. Gymnasts should enroll in the class most appropriate to their level of experience. Brand new children enrolled in the Beginning and/or Level One classes will be evaluated during their first week of class to determine which level of instruction is appropriate and will be placed with the appropriate group/teacher.
Attire: Long hair tied back. Leotards are recommended for girls, but not required. Comfortable, athletic clothes for boys.
NOTE: This is an entry level class. Gymnasts will learn the fundamentals to prepare them for more challenging skills in the higher levels.
Jazz dancing is a form of dance that showcases a dancer's individual style and originality. Though based on Ballet technique, Jazz dancers can perform moves and steps in their own way. This type of dancing is energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, isolations, big leaps and quick turns.

Hip-Hop is the perfect class for children who want to dance, stay active, and learn how to freestyle! Musicality, rhythm, and creative movement are key components of this fun, urban/street-style dance class that teaches boys and girls alike to step, stomp, and shake it out.
All dance students participate in 2 yearly dance recitals. Students should wear something comfortable they can move around and have fun in (no jeans) and will be barefoot in class.

In our advance program students utilize their fundamental skills to springboard into intermediate and advanced levels. Workouts may incorporate higher level technique instruction, skill sets, and conditioning. Students have the opportunity to advance to black belt and beyond, fill leadership roles, train for competition, take supplemental classes, and become instructors.
Practice & Play is a time reserved for kids of all ages to enjoy the gym in an open-play concept. It is an enrolled member benefit and serves as a complement to your child's weekly age-appropriate class. As they perfect their skills, they'll also be having tons of fun getting to explore the gym at their own pace.
Parental supervision on the gym floor is required! – regardless of your child's age – so come prepared to play
