Whether you're planning your little one's precious 1st birthday or your big kid's 10th birthday bash, our talented party professionals will create a unique, exciting, and entertaining program for your child's special day. In addition to our standard (fabulous!) My Gym games, activities, rides, and circle-time fun, we invite you and your child to actively participate in designing the program of your dreams. Got song requests? Awesome! Have a favorite game? We'll play it! Working with a theme? We do it all day, every day! We love nothing more than making your birthday wishes come true.

Each time you party with us, you can look forward to an amazing experience filled with action-packed activities, lively music, and so much more. And, no matter the age or theme, crowd favorites like our Space Flight zip-line ride and special Birthday March are highlights of every celebration.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required for booking. The remaining balance plus add-ons and special requests are due on the day of the party. An 18% gratuity is added to the final payment.
  • Emphasis is on constant activity for the children. We encourage you to open gifts at home. We also recommend keeping food to a minimum.
  • Maximum of 35 kids allowed in the gym.
  • A third teacher is required for parties of 30 or more children and may include an additional charge.
  • Children 3 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
  • DECORATIONS: Limited to the lobby area and multipurpose room. Please bring as much as possible from your decorations on the days before your party. For special backdrops, balloon arches, and/or a party-planning specialist from other vendors, the setup must be done within the timeframe provided before the party begins, or by adding extra set-up time for an additional fee.
  • FOOD: Pizza Scene provides all pizzas with a special deal for your child’s special day! Please note that you provide any additional food items. You’re welcome to bring whatever you prefer. For safety reasons, chaffing dishes or any food heating appliances are not allowed in our facilities.
  • Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your party. Our staff will be busy preparing for your event. For set-up and other vendors, please use the scheduled set-up time.
  • Please stay no longer than 15 minutes after your party so we can be prepared for the next party.
  • The party will start and end on time. We cannot accommodate extra time if delays occur due to participant registration, late arrival, or non-urgent reasons. If delays occur due to inclement weather or other unexpected factors, we will work with you to find the best solution to ensure a great and fun party for your child and guests.
  • All adults must wear socks in the gym. All children go barefoot or wear My Gym Gripper Socks on the gym floor.
  • IMPORTANT: All participants must preregister and sign an online waiver by visiting the link sent via email once the party has been booked. Participants who have not preregistered must do so before entering the gym.
