Welcome, little ones! This class is for our littlest non-walking members and our youngest walkers.  

As new and stimulating activities are introduced, our Tiny Tykes & Waddlers discover their mobility and advance their physical and cognitive development.

You’ll see your little ones become stronger and more coordinated as they learn, play, and grow!

On Saturdays, this class will focus on our Tiny tykes (3mos - 12mos) and our younger Waddlers (12 mos - 16 mos) as we provide a safe and fun space to tumble around.

In this program, you and your baby are led through a variety of beginning stretches, exercises, songs, dances, and baby-safe rides and adventures.  Have your camera app ready! You’ll definitely want to capture ALL the cuteness.

It’s amazing to see your little ones expand their hand, arm, and trunk control. Within no time, you’ll have little movers and shakers! As new and stimulating activities are introduced, our Tiny Tykes discover their mobility and advance their physical and cognitive development.

We LOVE our Waddlers! This program is so much fun for both parent and child as we learn engaging circle time songs and dances, work on gross motor skills, budding social-emotional skills, and more! Your little ones will have a blast discovering their natural abilities while our curriculum enhances their physical and cognitive growth.

Throughout this program, we gently introduce new and stimulating activities to promote young toddlers’ natural development. You’ll see your little ones become stronger and more coordinated as they learn, play, and grow! We take great care to nurture each parent/child unit according to their specific needs.

Such an amazing age! Your child will sing, dance, swing, play games, watch puppet shows, and even have “Surprise Time!” Our Gymsters feel great about themselves as they learn basic tumbling in a fun and positive setting.

At this age, toddlers’ abilities are evolving every week, and our curriculum keeps these active little ones engaged and captivated! Running, jumping, and spatial awareness are milestones in this program. Of course, opportunities abound to teach lessons on peer play and taking turns. Above all else, we make sure your child’s self-esteem soars at My Gym! 

In this class, we welcome our older Waddlers (16-20 mos) who are just about to transition to the Gymsters program, so they can get a feel of all the new fun skills they will learn as they grow.

As experts in early child development, we understand the impact preschool or pre-kindergarten education has on children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development. In our commitment to educating each child, we offer the My Gym Preschool Prep Program.

The program focuses on imparting to children the skills needed to excel in preschool and beyond. Our curriculum makes learning fun and exciting in the familiar and nurturing atmosphere of My Gym. The program includes all materials and our special curriculum for each child.

Children will be divided into age-appropriate groups for the academic stations, modified My Gym class, and activities.

Our caring teachers will build up your little one’s confidence and self-esteem with gentle encouragement to complete activities a bit more independently. This helps our Tots develop social skills, learn to follow directions and cooperate in a group of their peers. 

My Gym’s specialized Ninja Jr. classes are designed to be fun and challenging while remaining safe and noncompetitive. Kids are challenged mentally and physically while developing a strong, confident mindset that they carry both inside and outside of the gym!

You’ll see your child’s strength, stamina, and agility grow through relays, conditioning exercises, and, of course, obstacle courses that change every week. High-energy games and team-building activities teach cooperation, patience, and problem-solving. Most importantly, our curriculum is designed to ensure all children succeed! 

Our beginner level focuses on building strength and learning the proper form for basic gymnastic skills. Children begin to work on learning and perfecting skills in leveled groups on the bars, vault, beam, and tumbling.

The emphasis is on having fun and learning foundational gymnastics skills, strength, & flexibility – not competition. Classes are taught in the same positive, encouraging environment that children are accustomed to in every My Gym Program.

Our level 1 focuses on building strength and confidence to take their basic skills to the next level. Children are working on landing their cartwheels, rolls, backbends, bar basics, and other independent skills. This level strongly focuses on proper form so students can move up to level 2 with the correct tools to keep advancing.

The emphasis is on having fun and learning foundational gymnastics skills, strength, & flexibility – not competition. Classes are taught in the same positive, encouraging environment that children are accustomed to in every My Gym Program.

Time to level up! As our pint-sized ninjas grow and become stronger, they’re ready to take on larger challenges – enter: Ninja Training!

Whether they’re conquering obstacle courses, conditioning their hearts and bodies through exercise, or cooling down with some yoga poses, My Gym Ninjas bring their best to everything they do. This class is high-energy, fast-paced, and FUN! Additionally, the Ninja Training program and equipment set-up change weekly, so you can wave buh-bye to boredom!

Our level 2 focuses on building strength and confidence to take their basic skills to the next level. Children are expected to perform cartwheels, rolls, round-off, backbends, bar basics, and other skills independently. Children will keep working on learning new skills, like tumbling and basic rings, as well as perfecting learned skills.

The emphasis is on having fun and learning foundational gymnastics skills, strength, & flexibility – not competition. Classes are taught in the same positive, encouraging environment that children are accustomed to in every My Gym Program.

STUDENTS MUST BE APPROVED BY A COACH TO MOVE UP TO THIS LEVEL.
