My Gym Preschool Prep 2023/2024

Perfect for Children 2.0 - 4.5 years old

As experts in early child development, My Gym Ottawa understands the impact preschool or pre-kindergarten education has on children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development. In our commitment to educating the whole child, we offer the “My Gym Preschool Prep Program”.

Preschool Prep focuses on imparting to children the skills needed to excel in preschool and beyond. Our program allows students to transition into preschool and kindergarten with confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning. Students attain these qualities through our award-winning My Gym fitness curriculum, arts and crafts, stimulating small group and independent activities, and basic academic preschool instruction. This 2.0-hour program for 2 - 4½ years focuses on making learning fun and exciting in the familiar and nurturing atmosphere of My Gym. 

THE DETAILS

Ages: 2 - 4½ years. Preschool days: Mondays and  Wednesdays. Times : 9:00 -12:00 pm  

Tuition: $200 every for weeks for one day a week. $320 for. (two days a week and one gym classes) every 4 weeks.

Fall is a great time to get back to routines, including active and healthy programs. Parents enrolling their children in My Gym’s unique and exciting fitness classes and programs will introduce their youngsters to loads of fun as they gain strength, balance, coordination, agility, and flexibility. This program focuses on imparting to children the skills needed to excel in preschool and beyond. This [3-hour program] for [2.0-4.5-year-olds] focuses on making learning fun and exciting in the familiar and nurturing atmosphere of My Gym. 
The open house will showcase our Preschool program with a series of activities for kids from introductory, gymnastics, games, rides, music, craft, fun alphabet and numbers activities, and much more!  

Makeups: Unlike typical preschool programs, we do offer makeup! Children enrolled in Preschool Prep can makeup up absences in either the other Preschool Prep time slot or in My Gym classes. Absences need to be made up within 4  weeks of when occurred, otherwise, they expire and must be completed before your last class. 

Pick up and Drop Off: Preschool Prep is a drop-off program. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your child’s class time to get them ready for fun! Please ensure that you are arriving 5 minutes prior to pick up.

Other The student-to-teacher ratio will be approximately 7 to 1.

Annual Closure Dates: If Preschool Prep is canceled due to a holiday you will receive a makeup credit on your account for the canceled class.
