As the babies gain hand, arm and trunk control and become mobile, we introduce new and stimulating activities. Our experienced teachers are sensitive to the strong emotional attachment these little ones are developing with their mothers, and each parent/child unit is nurtured according to their specific needs.
Our Tiny Tykes and their parents are led through a variety of beginning stretches, exercises, infant songs and dances, baby-safe rides and adventures, balance and agility skills, and introductory tumbling during this motivating program. A relationship to movement and physical activity begins to develop, as our Tiny Tykes discover their natural abilities and enhance their physical and cognitive development.

Included in the cost of your My Gym class, Practice & Play is a 50-minute program that gives your child a chance to practice their skills learned in class and new skills as well. The children are able to play around the gym at their will, and there is a teacher running practice stations throughout the program. Each child is required to have adult supervision. FREE for Enrolled Members (included in monthly tuition) $15 for siblings of Enrolled Members.

We LOVE our Waddlers! This program is so much fun for both parent and child as we work on beginning stretches and exercises, songs and dances, and balance and agility skills. Your little ones will have a blast discovering their natural abilities while our curriculum enhances their physical and cognitive growth.

Such an amazing age! 🥰🥰🥰 Your child will sing, dance, swing, play games, watch puppet shows, and even have “Surprise Time!” Our Gymsters feel great about themselves as they learn basic tumbling in a fun and positive setting.
At this age, toddlers’ abilities are evolving on a weekly basis, and our curriculum keeps these active little ones engaged and captivated!
