In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Join us for an empowering day filled with knowledge, support, and joyful connections. A lactation consultant from Milky Moms will guide mothers through the art of breastfeeding, offering practical tips, troubleshooting techniques, and emotional support. Additional activities include My Gym's Parent and Me activities, such as sensory play, puppet shows, and circle time, all of which promote the physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being of both parent and child.
