Gymnastics: This fun and focused class is perfect for both beginning and experienced gymnasts! Children work in leveled groups to learn and perfect foundational skills on the Bars, Vault, Beam, and in Tumbling. The emphasis is on fun, strength, flexibility, and skill-building – not competition. Taught in a positive and encouraging environment, this class helps kids thrive while enjoying the My Gym experience. 🤸️🎉🤸♥
Ninja Training: Time to level up! As our pint-sized ninjas grow stronger, they’re ready to take on larger challenges – enter: Ninja Training! This high-energy, fast-paced class features obstacle courses, strength conditioning, and even yoga cool-downs. With weekly changes to the program and equipment, boredom is never an option for My Gym Ninjas. It’s all about staying active, conquering challenges, and having FUN!
