Children enrolled in classes are invited to attend Practice & Play, space permitting. Children can enjoy some much-needed free playtime, while teachers introduce gymnastics, tumbling, and other challenging skill stations from the week.

An adorable class for our littlest members! ❤️❤️❤️ Little Bundles begin their first visual, audial and spatial exploration as our precious Little Bundles while their parents are guided through a program designed to carefully introduce music and movement in a variety of fun ways.

Baby exercises, songs, dances, infant-safe rides, unique swings, and many other Parent & Me adventures await the infant-parent team. This fun and movement class also includes a brief parent discussion element. Each week parents participate in a dialogue about their children's development. 👶🍼👶

My Gym Long Beach requires that Guests 14 years old and up complete their primary vaccination series, OR receive a booster dose (if eligible), OR obtain a negative COVID-19 test before entering. Tests may not be "at-home/self tests".

This class requires masks for everyone 3-years-old and up, regardless of vaccination status. See the article at the bottom of the page for more info.

An adorable class for our littlest non-walking members! ♥♥♥ In this program, you and your baby are led through a variety of beginning stretches, exercises, songs, dances, and baby-safe rides and adventures.  Have your camera app ready! You’ll definitely want to capture ALL the cuteness.

It’s amazing to see your little ones expand their hand, arm, and trunk control. Within no time, you’ll have little movers and shakers! 🥰🥰🥰 As new and stimulating activities are introduced, our Tiny Tykes discover their mobility and advance their physical and cognitive development.

We LOVE our Waddlers! ♥♥♥ This program is so much fun for both parent and child as we learn engaging circle time songs and dances, work on gross motor skills, budding social-emotional skills, and more! Your little ones will have a blast discovering their natural abilities while our curriculum enhances their physical and cognitive growth.

Throughout this program, we gently introduce new and stimulating activities to promote young toddlers’ natural development. My Gym Ninja Training classes are designed to be fun and challenging while remaining safe and noncompetitive. Kids are challenged mentally and physically while developing a mindset of overcoming adversity both inside and outside of the gym!

You’ll see your child’s strength, stamina, and agility grow through relays, conditioning exercises, and, of course, obstacle courses that change every week. High energy games and team-building activities teach cooperation, patience, and problem-solving. Most importantly, our curriculum is designed to ensure all children succeed!

With our Super Tumblers, perfecting form and mastering sports and gymnastic skills become priorities. 🏅🏅🏅 During this program, the children learn to work hard and aim toward a goal. As with all our older classes, the Super Tumblers program is fast-paced and completely structured with organized ingredients throughout the hour.

Many of our Super Tumblers are involved in organized sports in parks and schools or study dance or martial arts. This class introduces a wide range of physical skills and cooperative group activities in preparation for these outside activities. We emphasize effort, diligence, and a spirit of camaraderie as our Champions are taught the meaning of fair play and teamwork. 🤝🤝🤝
