Navigating your account might seem hard or difficult, but trust us—it’s easy! Here are the steps you need to take for each of the following:

How to Mark Yourself Absent from Class
1. Log in to your account.
2. Select “Mark Yourself Absent.”
3. Choose the date you will be absent.
4. Click “Mark Absent” to confirm.

How to Schedule your Makeups:
Scheduling makeup might seem complicated, but it's easy. Please make sure you log into the website or download the App
1. Log into your account 
2. Select Classes
3. Click on your Child's name 
4. Under their name, it will say "Available makeups." 
5. Click and then schedule your makeup ( must be done 24 hours before class)
6. Follow the final prompts

How to Switch Classes:
Switching classes is easy!
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Classes
3. Click your child’s name
4. Tap Switch Classes
5. Choose your new class

Freezing Account: 
Thanks for the inquiry on Freezing your account; it's straightforward. I will give you step-by-step instructions. Please make sure you log into the website or download the App. Your first (6 weeks) of your freeze is FREE. Every week after, it will be $5 a week 
1. Log into your account 
2. Select Classes
3. Click on your Child's name 
4. Select Freeze
5. select the time frame (6-weeks)
6. Follow the final prompts


Cancel Account:
We're sad to see you go, but canceling is easy. Please remember, there's a 30-day cancellation policy, so you'll be billed for one more month.
Here's how to cancel:
1. Log in to your account
2. Select Classes
3. Click on your child's name
4. Select Cancel Membership (Note: Any active makeups must be used before your account's last day.)
5. Follow the final prompts

How to Schedule a Bonus Class :

2. Select Classes
3. Click on your Child's name 
4. Under their name, it will say "1 Bonus Class Available. " 
5. Click and then schedule your "Bonus Class."
