My Gym’s Tiny Tykes Class is for non-walking babies age 3-12 months. Designed to help your baby discover their mobility & gain control – it’s also packed with adorable, memory-making moments.
Come as you are; there is no judgement here if you're late, wearing your favorite sweats, need to feed baby or sip on your coffee between activities, or your baby falls asleep in the middle of class (swing time can be very relaxing!)

The Tiny Tykes & Waddlers combo classes are perfect for our youngest kiddos! Your Tiny Tykes baby is starting to roll over, crawl, and pull to stand. They may even take their first steps! Meanwhile, your Waddlers age baby is on the move! Learning to run, jump, and dance. It's an exciting time of exponential growth physically and mentally. You may be wondering what can I do with a baby this age? That is exactly what this class is for! We'll work on skills that can be practiced at home as well as introduce fun songs and age-appropriate activities on our equipment to help advance their gross motor skills.
Our Tiny Tykes, Waddlers, and their caregivers are led through a variety of beginning stretches, exercises, infant songs and dances, baby-safe rides and adventures, balance and agility skills, and introductory tumbling during this motivating program. A relationship to movement and physical activity begins to develop, as our Tiny Tykes and Waddlers discover their natural abilities and enhance their physical and cognitive development.

PRACTICE & PLAY ACCESS IS INCLUDED AS A FREE BENEFIT WITH ENROLLMENT IN ANY STRUCTURED CLASS. Pre-registration is required for all sessions! We cannot accommodate walk-ins for any Practice & Plays, as sessions do sometimes reach capacity.
Practice & Play is our open gym, free play time for kids 6 months-9 years old. Parental supervision on the gym floor is required – regardless of your child's age – so grown-ups come with your socks prepared to play! It is included as a FREE benefit of enrollment and serves as a complement to your child's weekly age-appropriate class. At every Practice and Play, one of our My Gym teachers makes sure everyone has a great time exploring the gym at their own pace in an open play setting.

This Mixed Age Class is designed for all children between the ages of 6 months and 5 years old. While it is a perfect solution for parents of multiple children or friends with kids of different ages, that is not at all a requirement to attend this class! Anyone age 6 months to 5 years old is welcome to join us. Our class curriculum is designed to both nurture and challenge each age group in distinct ways. Children have fun as they participate in songs, dances, relays, games, and more with a larger mix of ages.
This is a Parent Participation class, so 1 grown up will need to be on the floor for the duration of the class regardless of your child's age.

This session is specifically designed for kiddos whose immune systems are compromised, may have medical equipment, and may have limited mobility - it’s their time to shine!
✨ The ball pit + equipment will be freshly sanitized and ready for safe fun. We have activities like swings, trampoline, ball pit, and various toys and equipment that can be tailored to the children in attendance at each session.

We LOVE our Waddlers! ♥♥♥ The Waddlers class is fun for both parent and child! Each class starts with circle time where we work on beginning stretches and exercises, songs, dances, and agility skills that are great to practice at home. As babies gain hand, arm and trunk control and become mobile, we introduce new and stimulating activities through "adventures" and skill stations. Each week will focus on balancing, tumbling, and hanging, which helps the children develop a love of physical activity and a sense of pride in their achievements.
At this age, a child's level of independent mobility will typically progress from crawling to walking to running. Additional fine and gross motor skills developed during this stage include kicking a ball, building a block tower, riding a tricycle, and crawling and walking up stairs.
Our highly trained instructors lead the class through age-appropriate games, special rides, a variety of swings, other original activities, always ending with a puppet show.

During this engaging class, the youngsters enjoy learning through play as they warm up, sing, and dance at circle time. This age group's gross motor skills include more confident running and jumping on two feet as well as an overall improved spatial awareness of their bodies. "Adventure" time and skills stations are the perfect opportunity to work on these milestones.
We also begin to work on fine and gross manipulatives at the circle with our Parent Share portion of class! Their attention span is growing, allowing the child to focus for longer periods of time with grownup help. They also enjoy swings, take turns on special rides, play games, and watch puppet shows. Our Gymsters feel great about themselves as they learn gymnastics in a constantly changing program with fresh ingredients and new equipment setups each week.

Tots are TERRIFIC! 😊😊😊 In addition to having fun with structured games and pre-gymnastics, our Terrific Tots learn beginning sports skills, gain fine and gross motor proficiency, and strengthen manipulative skills.
The youngsters become more independent as teachers are now interacting more directly with them. Parental involvement is gradually decreased, and the children exude pride and self-esteem as they are treated like "big kids."
In this age group, teaching physical skills is a top priority. The development of social skills is also emphasized, as the youngsters become good listeners, follow directions, cooperate in a group, and learn more about themselves.

My Gym Ninja Training classes are action packed! This obstacle course-based class is designed to be fun and challenging while remaining safe and noncompetitive for the younger Ninjas.
Classes focus on developing strength, stamina, and agility in relays, conditioning skills, games, and an obstacle courses that changes every week. Kids will be challenged mentally and physically, while instilling a mindset of overcoming adversity both inside and outside of the gym!

Welcome to the big time, big kids! 🥰🥰🥰 At this age children participate independently with their teachers on the gym floor while parents watch from the lobby. This is a huge milestone we don’t take lightly, as confidence and self-reliance are cornerstones of this curriculum.
In this program, you’ll see your child’s strength, flexibility, and agility increase as our teachers coach the kids through relays, fundamental gymnastics, tumbling skills, and fun noncompetitive games. Beginning Gymnastics is a fun and focused class that is great for children who want to improve their forward and backwards rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and other foundational gymnastics skills. They'll also work on learning and perfecting skills on the Bars, Vault, and Beam.
The emphasis is on having fun and learning foundational gymnastics skills, strength, & flexibility – not competition. Classes are taught in the same positive, encouraging environment that children are accustomed to in every My Gym Program.
Please tie back long hair. Kids should wear clothing that they can easily move in. Leotards are not required, but welcome! This class is 60 minutes long.
Our Discovering Gymnastics class is a 50-minute, sensory friendly mix of open play and beginning gymnastics. This class is for kids 5-10 years old. Parents are welcome on the floor if your child needs one on one support.
This program is perfect for kids who might not thrive in a more structured gymnastics class. Each week the kids are free to play around the gym while our teachers incorporate beginning tumbling, beam, and vault skills. Trying the skills is not required but highly encouraged. Our teachers meet each child where they are for the day and strive to make participation fun and positive.
