• $175 non-refundable deposit to reserve your special party date! The remaining balance is due before the start of the party!
• CANCELLATION POLICY: cancellation request received less than 3-weeks before the date of the party requires FULL payment
• Reschedule Request must be received three weeks in advance or more. Reschedule fee $75 non-refundable.

• Individual items may not be removed from packages.
• Children 3 years and under must be accompanied by an adult on the play area at all times.
• Emphasis is on constant activity for the children. We recommend keeping food to a minimum.
• My gym does not allow outside pizza but you may bring in other food.
• Please arrive no earlier than 10-15 minutes before your party. Our staff will be busy preparing for your event.
• Our parties start on time and end on time. We cannot extend time due to late arrivals.
• Late fee of $75 if party extends more than 15 min past the scheduled end time.
• Every child in the play area is counted.
• Additional Birthday Child ( more than one child celebrating the party) is $59.99
• We recommend bringing a case of bottled water for adults.
