An adorable class for our littlest non-walking members! ♥♥♥ In this program, you and your baby are led through a variety of beginning stretches, exercises, songs, dances, and baby-safe rides and adventures.  Have your camera app ready! You’ll definitely want to capture ALL the cuteness.

It’s amazing to see your little ones expand their hand, arm, and trunk control. Within no time, you’ll have little movers and shakers! 🥰🥰🥰 As new and stimulating activities are introduced, our Tiny Tykes discover their mobility and advance their physical and cognitive development.

The Tiny Tykes & Waddlers combo class is perfect for our youngest kiddos! Your Tiny Tykes baby is starting to roll over, crawl, and pull to stand. They may even take their first steps! Meanwhile, your Waddlers age baby is on the move! Learning to run, jump, and dance. It's an exciting time of exponential growth physically and mentally.

You may be wondering what can I do with a baby this age? That is exactly what this class is for! We'll work on skills that can be practiced at home as well as introduce fun songs and age-appropriate activities on our equipment to help advance their gross motor skills. 

This class is 50 minutes long. 

Practice & Play is a FREE benefit of being enrolled in any class! These open gym sessions are for members only as space is limited.

Pre-registration is required for all sessions, we cannot accommodate walk ins. Signing up is simple! Use your online account to register to drop in the the session of your choice at least an hour in advance. 

Practice & Play sessions are 50-minutes and allow kids ages 6 months to 9 years to enjoy the gym in an open-play concept. At every Practice and Play, a skilled My Gym teacher helps the children practice the skills we're working on in their weekly class. They'll also have tons of fun getting to explore the gym at their own pace.

Parental supervision on the gym floor is required – regardless of your child's age – so grownups, come with your own socks prepared to play!

This Mixed Age Class is designed for all children between the ages of 4 months and 5 years old. While it is a perfect solution for parents of multiple children or friends with kids of different ages, that is not at all a requirement to attend this class! Anyone age 4 months to 5 years old is welcome to join us. Our class curriculum is designed to both nurture and challenge each age group in distinct ways. Children have fun as they participate in songs, dances, relays, games, and more with a larger mix of ages. 

This is a Parent Participation class, so at least 1 grown up will need to be on the floor for the duration of the class regardless of your child's age.

We LOVE our Waddlers! ♥♥♥ This program is so much fun for both parent and child as we learn engaging circle time songs and dances, work on gross motor skills, budding social-emotional skills, and more! Your little ones will have a blast discovering their natural abilities while our curriculum enhances their physical and cognitive growth.

Throughout this program, we gently introduce new and stimulating activities to promote young toddlers’ natural development. You’ll see your little ones become stronger and more coordinated as they learn, play, and grow! 🥰🥰🥰

Such an amazing age! 🥰🥰🥰 During this engaging class, the youngsters enjoy learning through play as they warm up, sing, and dance at circle time. This age group's gross motor skills include more confident running and jumping on two feet as well as an overall improved spatial awareness of their bodies. "Adventure" time and skills stations are the perfect opportunity to work on these milestones.  

We also begin to work on fine and gross manipulatives at the circle with our Parent Share portion of class! Their attention span is growing, allowing the child to focus for longer periods of time with grownup help. They also enjoy swings, take turns on special rides, play games, and watch puppet shows. Our Gymsters feel great about themselves as they learn gymnastics in a constantly changing program with fresh ingredients and new equipment setups each week.

Tots are TERRIFIC! 😊😊😊 In addition to having fun with structured games and gymnastics skills, our Terrific Tots learn beginning sports skills, gain fine and gross motor proficiency, and strengthen manipulative skills.

The youngsters become more independent as teachers are now interacting more directly with them. Parental involvement is gradually decreased, and the children exude pride and self-esteem as they are treated like "big kids."

In this age group, teaching physical skills is a top priority. The development of social skills is also emphasized, as the youngsters become good listeners, follow directions, cooperate in a group, and learn more about themselves.

This class is 50 minutes long and parent participation on the floor is required.

As experts in early child development, we understand the impact preschool education has on children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development. In our commitment to educate the whole child, we offer the My Gym Preschool Program.

This program focuses on imparting to children the skills needed to excel in kindergarten and beyond. My Gym Preschool is a 3-hour drop off program that takes place in our separate Preschool room! Our amazing teachers use the perfect balance of movement and learning to keep the children engaged. 

Tuition for 1 day is $220 per 4 weeks
Tuition for 2 days is $380 per 4 weeks
Tuition for 3 days is $550 per 4 weeks

Tuition is charged every 4 weeks (28 days) on a recurring basis and includes access to Practice and Plays, but not our 50- & 60-minute gym classes. To also be enrolled in an age-appropriate gym class (Tots, Preschool Gymnastics, or Ninja Jr) while enrolled in My Gym Preschool you can upgrade to unlimited for just $40.

Pre-ballet introduces the fundamentals of a structured dance class in a fun, noncompetitive way! Children will gain confidence as they learn ballet vocabulary, practice basic barre and across the floor exercises, and work on remembering choreography. 

This class is designed to encourage an early love of dance! In the fall, there will be an informal in class performance to show off the dance the children learn. 

Class is 50 minutes long and held in our separate ancillary room. Enrollment is limited to only 6 children to allow for plenty of one-on-one attention from the instructor. 

Suggested attire: ballet shoes, leotard or form fitting clothes, long hair tied back.

My Gym Ninja Training classes are action packed! This obstacle course based class is designed to be fun and challenging while remaining safe and noncompetitive for the younger Ninjas.

Classes focus on developing strength, stamina, and agility in relays, conditioning skills, games, and an obstacle courses that changes every week. Kids will be challenged mentally and physically, while instilling a mindset of overcoming adversity both inside and outside of the gym! 

This class is 60 minutes long. 

Welcome to the big time, big kids! 🥰🥰🥰 At this age children participate independently with their teachers on the gym floor while parents can watch from the lobby or drop off their children. This is a huge milestone we don’t take lightly, as confidence and self-reliance are cornerstones of this curriculum.

In this program, you’ll see your child’s strength, flexibility, and agility increase as our teachers coach the kids through relays, fundamental gymnastics, tumbling skills, and fun noncompetitive games. Positive reinforcement abounds – and we promise your child will leave class with feelings of pride, accomplishment, and success!  🤸️🎉🤸♥

This class is 60 minutes long. 

Ballet/Jazz Combo introduces the fundamentals of both disciplines in a fun, noncompetitive way! The dancers will work on increasing flexibility, balance, and musicality while building on ballet and jazz techniques.

This class is designed to encourage a love of dance! In the fall, there will be an informal in class performance to show off the dances the children learn.  

Class is 60 minutes long and held in our separate ancillary room. Enrollment is limited to only 10 children to allow for plenty of one-on-one attention from the instructor. 

Suggested attire: ballet OR jazz shoes, leotard or form fitting clothes, long hair tied back.

Time to level up! As our Ninjas grow and become stronger, they’re ready to take on larger challenges!

You'll see your child’s strength, stamina, and agility grow through relays, conditioning exercises, and, of course, obstacle courses that change and become progressively harder to meet the needs of the kids in class.
