***Non-Walkers Only*** Our youngest My Gym students begin their first visual, audial, and spatial exploration as our precious Little Bundles while their parents are guided through a program designed to carefully introduce music and movement in a variety of fun ways.

Baby exercises, songs, dances, infant-safe rides, unique swings, and many other Parent & Me adventures await the infant-parent team. This fun and movement class also includes a brief parent discussion element. Each week parents participate in a dialogue about their children's development and leave with informative handouts.

As the babies gain hand, arm and trunk control and become mobile, we introduce new and stimulating activities. Our experienced teachers are sensitive to the strong emotional attachment these little ones are developing with their mothers, and each parent/child unit is nurtured according to their specific needs.

Our Tiny Tykes and their parents are led through a variety of beginning stretches, exercises, infant songs and dances, baby-safe rides and adventures, balance and agility skills, and introductory tumbling during this motivating program. A relationship to movement and physical activity begins to develop, as our Tiny Tykes discover their natural abilities and enhance their physical and cognitive development.

Designed for siblings and friends of mixed ages, all families will enjoy this wonderful program.  Emphasis is on teamwork, sharing, taking turns, working both together and independently, and building relationships.

Older
kiddos are provided with plenty of opportunities to flex their "big brother" and "big sister" roles that they love so much – modeling physical skills, sharing, turn-taking, and more for the littler ones.  Relays, puppets, gymnastics, games, swings and special rides are just a few of the activities performed in each and every class. Grab your sibling (or your bestie), and join us!

This stimulating program introduces balancing, tumbling, hanging and agility skills, which helps the children develop a love of physical activity and a sense of pride in their achievements.

At this age, a child's level of independent mobility will typically progress from aggressive crawling to running. Additional fine and gross motor skills developed during this stage include kicking a ball, building a block tower, riding a tricycle, and walking up stairs.

Our highly trained instructors shower the children with affection, as they guide our Waddlers in early social skills through interactive songs, choreographed dances, age-specific puppet shows, special rides, and a variety of swings and other original activities.

The gross motor abilities of early 2-year-olds are often characterized by more confident running and jumping on two feet as well as an overall improved spatial awareness of their bodies. This is the earliest age group with which we work on fine and gross manipulatives in a structured format, as the 2 to 2½-year-old's attention span grows, allowing the child to focus for longer periods of time.

During this engaging class, the youngsters are elated as they sing, dance, swing, play games, watch puppet shows, take turns on special rides, and have "Surprise Time!" Our Gymsters feel great about themselves as they learn gymnastics in a constantly changing program with fresh ingredients and new equipment setups each week.

In addition to having fun with structured games, fascinating "Adventures," and pre-gymnastics, our Terrific Tots learn beginning sports skills, gain fine and gross motor proficiency, and strengthen manipulative skills.

The youngsters become more independent as teachers are now interacting more directly with them. Parental involvement is gradually decreased through inviting activities with love and understanding, and the children exude pride and self-esteem as they are treated like "big kids."

In this age group, teaching physical skills is a top priority. The development of social skills is also emphasized, as the youngsters become good listeners, follow directions, cooperate in a group, and learn more about themselves.

Our Preschool Prep students also participate in our renowned fitness program, working to develop their gross motor skills such as balance, hanging and tumbling. 

                           
Children must be bathroom independent and are asked to bring a nut-free snack and water bottle that they can easily open on their own.

Mighty Mites are transitioning from toddlers to big kids! 🥰🥰🥰 The children participate independently with their teachers on the gym floor while parents can watch from the lobby or drop off their children. This is a huge milestone we don’t take lightly, as confidence and self-reliance are cornerstones of this curriculum.

In this program, you'll see your child's strength, flexibility, and agility increase as our teachers coach the kids through relays, fundamental gymnastics, and tumbling skills. Positive reinforcement abounds – and we promise your child will leave class with feelings of pride, accomplishment, and success!

This fun and focused class meets once a week for both beginning and experienced gymnasts! Children begin to work on learning and perfecting skills in leveled groups on the Bars, Vault, Beam, and in Tumbling. The emphasis is on having fun and learning foundational gymnastics skills, strength, & flexibility – not competition. Classes are taught in the same positive, encouraging environment that children are accustomed to in every My Gym Program. ALL LEVELS WELCOME
